This thesis focuses on the demographic analysis of fertility in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Poland, Spain, Italy and Portugal. It compares the results with an analysis of the availability of pre-school facilities. Its aim is to propose an optimal strategy for the distribution of a network of private kindergartens among the selected countries as a form of profit-generating business. The intention is to evaluate, on the basis of projections, the states with the greatest potential for the application of entrepreneurship in future years.
Early Childhood Education and Care in Netherlands

The topic of this thesis is Early Childhood Education and Care in the Netherlands. It brings the insight in the institutions for children up to six years old in the Netherlands. The theoretical part summarizes basic information about the Netherlands together with the conditions of family policy. The main portion of the theoretical part is devoted to the description of the educational system and characteristics of the various types of institutions that provide early childhood education and care of pre-school children. In addition to the principle of the functioning of institutions, the thesis explains the legislative anchoring of pre-school education together with staffing of institutions. The final part of the theoretical chapter discusses current issues and problems of pre-school education in the Netherlands. In the empirical part of the thesis it presents case studies of four pre-school institutions in the Netherlands; each of them represents a particular type of institutional care for a pre- school child. Each institution studied in detail, in its structural and processual aspects. Early Childhood Education and Care in Finland

The bachelor thesis is focuses on pre-primary education and care in Finland. The aim of the thesis is find out specifics of pre-primary institutions and to compare two specific pre-primary institutions from the perspective of structural and procedural setting. Bachelor thesis is consist of theoretical and practical parts. The goal of theoretical part is to inform about political situation, demography and the social system's support in Finland briefly. The main topic of theoretical part is describing different types of institutions, which provide pre-primary education and care. Moreover, it is also focuses on the legislative conditions and curricular documents of these institutions. The end of the theoretical part deals with qualification of pre- primary education teacher. Practical part of bachelor thesis contains two case studies of two pre-primary institutions in Finland. This part follows the specifics of structural settings, but also educational forms and methods of both preschool institutions. The case studies use observation method, structured interviews and document analysis. At the end of the practical part, there are some inspirations of Finnish pre-primary education, which would be a solution for current issues of pre-primary education in the Czech Republic. The Quality of Care Provided in Children's Groups from the Caretaking People

This bachelor thesis deals with the quality of early childhood care in children's group focused on caretaking people. The children's group came into being in 2014 and they are the centre of attention and obscurities when it comes to their quality. It highlights the importance of a quality early childhood care and introduces the best-known indicators of a quality care relating to caretaking people which is also used as a base of the qualitative research. In terms of these indicators the qualification of the staff and their working conditions are studied in six chosen children's group. The semi-structured interviews, uninvolved observation and the analysis of the primary data lead to following summary: the common barrier while providing a care which is also influencing the quality is insufficient qualification of caretaking people and also their working conditions. Subjective emotions about the insufficiency of the qualification rise from the function of a children's group which is very unclear and there is no framework which the caretaking people should be following.
